Dominic Curran is a Writer/Director based in Belfast, working in film, TV and theatre.
With a host of collaborators, including musicians Chris W Ryan (Robocobra Quartet), Liam McCartan (Son Zept), Director of Photography George Barnes (Housejackers, Funboys), and comedy trio Ryan Lennon, Ryan Dylan & Lee Dobbin (Funboys, Housejackers). Working with co-writer and producer Will Reade, Dominic has created a series of works across multiple platforms including Film, TV, Music Videos & Visual Art.
He has been mentored by Chris Baugh, Glenn Leyburn, Lisa Barros D’sa and most recently was selected to take part in a 10 day training program with Werner Herzog in the Azores, as mentioned in the NY Times.
He is completing his first feature ‘A LITTLE LEARNING IS A DANGEROUS THING’ and another feature ‘CONVERSATIONS IN BED’ where he handled the cinematography.
He also writes short stories, is working on a novella, and paints ugly paintings
A writer of screenplay and prose based in Belfast, with a Master’s degree in Creative Writing from Queen’s University Belfast, WILL READE built himself to an experienced sound technician for film and television, working on large projects such as ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ and ‘Line of Duty’, while developing screenplays, novels and producing film.
Will has written shorts that have competed at highly regarded film festivals including Galway Film Fleadh, Cork International film festival and Belfast Film festival. Alongside Dominic Curran, he is developing a feature with Poli productions, as well as a number of other feature length projects.
